E-mail is not intended for urgent matters.  Some of our physicians will utilize email to facilitate the reporting of results to patients.  This is at his or her discretion and the patient’s consent.   Please do not email your physician with a refill, referral request or medical concern.

(We do NOT respond to any acute illnesses or refill requests on our e-mail system.  If this is a medical emergency, call 911.  We recommend if you need treatment for any acute illness or need refills for medications that you make an appointment to see your physician.)

Referrals:  Most referrals require a physician visit for authorization.  If you have a question regarding the status of an existing referral, contact:

· For patients of Drs. Broussard, Domask, Feldman, or Lemming: Referrals first floor

· For patients of Drs. Erie, Fields, Groff, Noel, Reed, or Su: Referrals second floor

· For patients of Drs. Sprockel or VanZant: Referrals West office
