We sincerely appreciate the opportunity to be advised of your medical products and services. However, we extend presentation privileges expecting strict adherence to these rules:
- NO WALK IN’s
- Schedule your presentation in advance:
- Presentation hours.
- Product Samples:
- Do not place any materials (handouts, product collateral, brochures, or other branded materials)
anywhere in the clinic (walls, desks,patient lounges, exam rooms, offices or other work areas). - Drug recall notification. In the event of a product recall, a company representative must personally advise our Administrator immediately.

• Should we require any samples, we will contact you.
• If you are delivering samples, please deliver them to suite 200.

Failure to comply with this policy can cause presentation privileges of all representatives of a pharmaceutical company to be recended for up to one year.
